An open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library will be held Wednesday, November 2, at 5:30 p.m. A free computer class will be led by Jeff Cookinham after the meeting.
The Milford Memorial Library Adult Craft Series is back! Join MML director Beth Sorenson for “Handmade Christmas Cards” on Wednesday, November 9, from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m., at the library. Registration for this event is required and the cost to participate is $2. Contact the library for more information.
All students in 5th – 12th grade are invited to come to MML for the new Libratory STEM program on Wednesday, November 16, from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. We will be sewing hand warmers with sewing machines. Students will get an introduction to the sewing machine and learn how to sew handwarmers filled with rice. MML will have a Libratory STEM program the third Wednesday of each month. If you are in preschool through 4th grade and need something to do after school on Thursday, November 10, stop by the library. Join Betty Naab, MML’s children’s librarian, as she hosts the after school movie. We will be watching Zootopia and eating popcorn!
