Miss Becca, MML's Youth Librarian, provides the community with various library programs and activities, outreach opportunities to daycares, preschools, and classrooms, and a themed Summer Reading Program.
Library programs during the school year include Public Playdates, Building Bookworms, Afterschool Activity, and Dickinson County ISU 4-H Clover Kids. The Summer Reading Program runs from June through August. Everything above is free and open to everyone, as well as any materials and services are provided by the library. 4-H Clover Kids and the Summer Reading Program require registration. MML also has a Youth Area that is filled with many kinds of books, monthly book displays, educational STEM/STEAM bags, and interactive sensory and dynamic play items.
