On Tuesday, January 28, at 7:00 p.m., join others for a fun night of painting, fellowship, and snacks provided by the three local libraries. Any skill level is invited to recreate a painting following step-by-step instructions from the original artist. All of the supplies will be provided by the libraries. There are only 30 spots available so pre-register at the Arnolds Park Public Library, Spirit Lake Public Library, or the Milford Memorial Library. The cost is $10.00 for early registration and $15 for registration on the day of the event.
An open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library is at 5:30 p.m., on Wednesday, February 5, in the Milford Community Center. The agenda will be posted on MML’s website and front bulletin board at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
Milford Memorial Library: Youth Corner
End the cold month of January on a good note at Milford Memorial Library. Building Bookworms will be at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, January 27, and the theme will be all about bears. There will be fun stories, interactive songs, coloring/activity sheets, and a cute paper plate bear craft.
Of course February will be here soon, and Miss Becca has some programs ready to go for your entire family. These include: Public Playdates (Feb. 1 and 19), Building Bookworms (Feb. 3 and 24), Afterschool Activity (Feb. 13), and 4-H Clover Kids (Feb. 20).
As always, follow MML on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for all of the cool things going on at our library.
