Calling all gamers 5th– 8th grades! Video Games Day is happening on Friday, September 12, starting at 3:30 p.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. in the Milford Memorial Library. Come play Wii and Xbox games provided by Exile Gaming in Milford.

The Teen Summer Reading Program has come to an end and we would like to thank the local businesses and community members who donated prizes and time to the Summer Reading Program. An open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library will be held Wednesday, September 2, at 5:30 p.m. A free computer class will be led by Jeff Cookinham after the meeting.

This online database offers practice for math, English, science, social studies, and logic improvement. It includes practice for all ages. The library also subscribes to an online database, EBSCOHost, which is free to the public. The library also provides a quiet space to study and a range of research books.

All supplies are provided by the library at no charge to the students.                 The Milford Memorial Library staff and the Friends of the Milford Memorial Library would like to thank everyone who volunteered and came to the annual book sale. The book sale was a big success and we look forward to seeing everyone again next year. Thank you also to the Okoboji Summer Theatre director and student actresses who came to Pioneer Days for Story Time in the Park and to everyone who came to Story Time in the Park to enjoy the story of Rapunzel and games.
