An open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library will be at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6 in the Community Room. The agenda will be posted on MML’s website and bulletin board at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Please come be a part of the library conversation by asking questions and providing your feedback.
All preschool through 4th Grade students are encouraged to come to Stories and Crafts at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 8. This week’s theme is Tiptoeing Tiger. All of the supplies for the crafts will be provided by the library. There is no registration and no charge to attend this program. Please contact Children’s Librarian, Ms. Betty, for more information.
Caroline and Hank will be available from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 9. Hank the dog loves to meet children and is a great listener. Children who are either beginning readers or want to improve reading out loud are encouraged to read to Hank. Children will be able to read on a first come, first serve basis. Hank will be waiting, so don’t miss out!
Lastly, please don’t forget about the Children’s Summer Reading Program at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12 (Jane Shuttleworth: Nature Rocks!) and the Young Adult’s Summer Reading Program at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 14 (CD Mosaic Flower Pot).
