All young adults are welcome to attend another Summer Reading Program at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 28 in the Community Room. The activity will be either phone speakers or tangle free headphone cords with students needing to bring their own devices. The read aloud will be Fish in a Tree by Lynda Mullaly Hunt. This program is geared for students in 4th-12th Grade. All of the materials will be provided, and there is no cost to attend the program. Students should keep reading and logging their books online so they can receive some amazing passes. For registration and information, contact Becca or visit MML’s website.
Jump Start to Reading will start at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 29 at MML. This program will be at the same time every Friday until August 10. This is a good opportunity to have kids work on their reading skills in a one-on-one setting. Registration forms are available at MML’s Front Desk, as well as adult volunteers can contact Betty at the library.
