
Milford Memorials Library’s 2022 Summer Reading Program is going on now. We have reading activities and events for all ages. Milford Memorial Library will be closed on Monday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. We will be back on Tuesday, July 5, at 9:30 a.m. We would like to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday.
On Wednesday, July 6, at 5:30 p.m., an open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library will take place in the Milford Community Center and via Zoom. The agenda will be posted on MML’s website and front bulletin board at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend and offer their thoughts in order to make MML a better library.
Pick up library materials in the comfort of your air-conditioned vehicle! Reserve library materials online or by calling 712-338-4643 and have them waiting at MML’s drive-up window. Window hours are the same as operating hours.
MML has four hotspot devices available for patrons to checkout for seven days with only one renewal allowed. Overdue Hotspots will be charged $1.00 per day. Patrons will be held responsible for all applicable replacement costs and processing fees for the hotspot and/or accessories lost, stolen, or damaged while in their possession. Only one device will be checked out per household and must be brought back into the library for check in. Milford Memorial Library: Youth Corner
Summer is finally here, and the Milford Memorial Library continues to have great things going on with the 2022 Youth Summer Reading Program: Read Beyond the Beaten Path. Check out everything you need to know by clicking on the ‘2022 Summer Reading Program’ tab and then the ‘Youth Summer Reading’ icon on our website (milford.lib.ia.us). Kiddos can earn an incentive bag and their name into a large prize drawing by completing all three levels of their ReadingActivity Log. Logs can be found in paper form or on the BookPoints website (bookpoints.milfordlibrary.net).
