Join us for a special Paint Night at the Library on Tuesday, January 24, at 7:00 p.m., at the Arnolds Park Library. D & L Ceramics from Everly will be leading us through painting a ceramic gnome or truck with a tree. The cost for this Paint Night is $30 and you will need to pay before the class for a spot. Contact the Milford Memorial Library, Arnolds Park Library, or Spirit Lake Library to register and let them know what ceramic piece you would like to paint. Items will be taken back to Everly and fired before they are returned to the library for participants to pick up.

Milford Memorial Library: Youth Corner
Throughout each month at Milford Memorial Library, there will be an extra collection of themed books that can be checked out by the kiddos. These books include non-fiction, fiction, board, and easy readers. All of these items can be found on one of the youth tables in a plastic tub with ‘READ’ letters on it. The themes this month are snow and pets.
Besides library storytimes and after school activity, Miss Becca also works with the local community. She is involved with four daycares and elementary students, specifically Head Start through Second Grade. Each group gets to see and listen to some stories, move around, and have access to a coloring/activity page. Daycares also get monthly storytime kits.
