Slow down, relax, and enjoy the simple moments with MML’s Young Adult (4th through 12th graders) Subscription Box: A Comfy Cozy January. Inspired by the Danish concept of hygge, a feeling of cozy happiness and well-being through enjoying the simple pleasures in life, this little box of comforts is filled with projects such as a marbleized mug, wooden bead trivets, and a DIY art candle. Nestled inside are recipes of hot chocolate and popcorn, a to-watch list, a reading list, a playlist, and a list of virtual game night ideas. This is a free program, but registration required. Register by calling 712-338-4643 or emailing milfordlibrary51351@gmail.com. You may pick up your Comfy Cozy box Tuesday, December 29, through Wednesday, January 27.
Milford Memorial library will be closing at noon on Thursday, December 31, and will be closed Friday, January 1, for New Year’s Day. We look forward to seeing you at our drive-up window on Monday, January 4. We hope you have a safe and happy New Year’s.
Needing to print a return label for a gift? MML can help you! We can make copies or print materials for your project. You can email the library at milfordlibrary51351@gmail.com or bring your papers to the drive-up window. You may pick up your printing during our drive-up hours. Normal printing prices apply ($0.25 for black and white per page and $0.50 for color per page).

Miss Becca is geared up for January 2021. There will be Book Bundles on the themes of snowmen, librarian favorites, Tedd Arnold, Rosemary Wells, fun facts planets, and football.
