This year the theme for the Teen Summer Reading Program is “Unmask!” On Thursday, June 11, at 10 a.m., come to the library to make Bristlebots. Once you complete a robot it will run on a table like a bug. The Teen Summer Reading Program is open to students in 5th – 12th grades. All supplies are provided by the library at no charge to the students.
An open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library will be held Wednesday, June 3, at 5:30 p.m. A free computer class will be led by Jeff Cookinham after the meeting.
Celtic fingerstyle guitarist Jerry Barlow will be performing in the Milford Community Center on Tuesday, June 16, at 7 p.m. Come enjoy Barlow’s storytelling through traditional pieces and Celtic-inspired songs. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Spirit Lake Public Library, Friends of the Milford Memorial Library, and Arnolds Park Public Library.
