All students in 5th – 12th grade are invited to come to MML for the new Libratory STEM program on Monday, January 16, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. We will be learning to solder Harry Potter flying keys. Join the Milford Library's Open Book Discussion Group the third Tuesday of each month at 1:00pm. This group is open to all. It's not necessary to attend all meetings. Come and go as you please! Area libraries are sponsoring Paint Night at the Library in January! Join area libraries on Tuesday, January 17, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Arnolds Park Library for a fun night of painting, community, and snacks! Register early because there are only 30 spots available. The cost for early registration is $7.50 and registration the day of the event is $15. Those interested can register at the Arnolds Park Public Library, Spirit Lake Public Library, and the Milford Memorial Library. Attendees of any skill level are invited to recreate a beautiful painting by following step-by-step instructions from the artist who created the original painting. Participants will be painting on a 16 x 20 canvas and all the supplies are provided by the libraries. Mark your calendars for Paint Night at the Library!
