Any interested individuals are welcome to join MML’s Open Book Discussion Group from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17 at the Milford Library. This month’s book is titled Stay with Me: A Novel by Ayobami Adebayo, and it can be found in our library by the Adult Fiction section. You do not need to attend all of the book meetings, and you are welcome to come and go.
MML will be having a craft night where participants can make no sew sock bunnies out of socks, filling, googly eyes, and so much more. Adult Craft Series will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18 at the Milford Library. All materials will be provided, but pre-registration is required. The cost of this activity will be $2.00.
We will be having our annual spring cleaning and BINGO day at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 19 at MML. We will dust and straighten shelves, enjoy some coffee and goodies, and play a couple of rounds of BINGO. If you bring a friend along that day, you get an extra free space on your BINGO card. All materials will be provided, and there is no cost and no registration for this event.
In order to celebrate Earth Day, MML and Miss Betty will be reading books and making a related craft with the Youth Coordinator from the Dickinson County ISU Extension. Earth Day Storytime will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 20 at the Milford Library. There is no pre-registration and no cost, and all of the materials will be provided by the library. We welcome all children and families, so please plan on joining us for Friday Storytime.
