Thank you to the Friends of the Milford Memorial Library for volunteering their time for making and serving treats at the Festival of Trees and MML’s Holiday Open House. We also want to thank Santa and Mrs. Claus for taking time out of their busy schedules to meet and read to children and adults.

Join MML’s children’s librarian, Betty Naab, as she hosts the After School Craft Party. On Thursday, December 14, at 3:30 p.m. students in preschool – 4th grade can come to the library for “Christmas Crafts.” Snacks and materials are provided at no cost to the students.
The library is hosting the food drive this year for Holiday Fantasy. This ongoing food drive for Dickinson County Upper Des Moines will end on Friday, December 15. Nonperishable food items can be brought to the Milford Memorial Library.

The Milford Memorial Library is excited to announce that Caroline Perkins and her dog, Hank, will be available to listen to stories Saturday, December 16, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.! Hank is a great listener and loves to listen to all kinds of stories. Children who are beginner readers or just want a chance to improve on reading aloud are encouraged to come read to Hank.
Join the Milford Library's Open Book Discussion Group the third Tuesday of each month at 1:00pm. This group is open to all. It's not necessary to attend all meetings. Come and go as you please!
