The 2024 Young Adult Summer Reading Program Log is a bookmark.
Fill in a note card for every 15 minutes you read or listen to an audiobook.
Once you have filled in all the rectangles, turn in your completed bookmark to Milford Memorial Library front desk and the returned bookmark will be placed into a drawing at the end of the Summer Reading Program.
Make sure to write your Full Name & Phone Number below in the white rectangle.
You may pick up another bookmark and begin again.
Make sure to pick up your Brag Tags 1 Bookmark equals a Level Brag Tag. Turn over bookmark for other ways to earn Brag Tags. The types of brag tags are also displayed below.
All bookmarks must be turned in by Friday, August 2, 2024.
