Borrow a Book From Another Library

Our library is connected to other libraries throughout the state and nation. If you can't find an item in this library, ask library staff to help you get it from another library.

If you would like to borrow an item we do not hold in our collection, please contact a staff member.

  • We charge $1.00 each for processing of Interlibrary Loan (ILL) items.  If your item is unavailable, you will be given the opportunity to transfer that dollar to another item.

  • The lending library determines the loan period.  If you are unable to finish the item by the due date, please contact us prior to that date and we can request an extension from the lending library.

  • If an item is new (within the last 6 months) and we believe it might have appeal to other patrons we will consider purchasing the item for our collection.

  • Patrons are responsible for damage or loss caused while InterLibrary Loan items are checked out to them.
