Join us for great stories and much more every Friday morning at 10:00! Betty, our children's librarian, looks forward to sharing stories with you! No pre-registration is necessary. The theme this week is “Fun at the Library.”
Children’s Summer Reading Program
The theme for the 2016 Children’s Summer Reading Program is “On Your Mark, Get Set, Read!” Starting Tuesday, June 14, at 10 a.m., we will have Silly Sally the Clown with “Let’s Stay Fit!” Join us every Tuesday and Friday at 10 a.m. through July 5 for stories, crafts, drama, and more! Local presenters and well-known presenters will provide educational entertainment.
Young people of all abilities from preschool to 4th grade are invited to participate free of charge. Incentives and prizes add to the excitement and challenge the children to keep reading, encourage them to continue using the library and maintain their reading skills during the summer vacation. This programming is made possible because of the generous donations of many businesses in our community who provide funds for presenters, supplies, prizes, and incentives. If you would be willing to make a donation, contact Betty Naab, children’s librarian, at 338-4643 or e-mail her at [email protected]. Thank you for supporting the Milford Memorial Library’s Summer Reading Program.
