Join Milford Memorial Library for our weekly Building Bookworms Storytime on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. Take a look below for our themes. All materials and services are provided by the library free to participants. All kids and their adults are welcome to stay after storytime and mingle. • Building Bookworms on the Go @ Little Sioux Orchard - September 30, 10:30 a.m. – Apples/Farming
• October 7, 10:30 a.m. – Mindful Movement
MML's CrAFTER Hours is hosting a Puzzle Swap on September 18, from 5:00p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Bring a puzzle or several to the MML and swap them for new ones. Please only bring puzzles that are in good condition with all the pieces. There is no cost to this event.
Join MML's Book Club on Tuesday, September 17, at 1:00 p.m., to discuss The River We Remember by William Kent Krueger. Copies can be found in our library. It is not necessary to attend all of the meetings, and you are welcome to come and go as you please.
Paint Night at the Library is happening on Tuesday, September 24, at 7:00 p.m., at the Arnolds Park Library. Any skill level is invited to recreate a painting following step-by-step instructions from the original artist. All of the supplies will be provided by the libraries. There are only 30 spots available so pre-register at the Arnolds Park Public Library, Spirit Lake Public Library, or the Milford Memorial Library. The cost is $15.00. September is National Library Card Sign-up Month! New Milford Memorial Library cardholders will receive a fun sticker and everyone is welcome to try the library scavenger hunt.
