Join Milford Memorial Library for our weekly Building Bookworms Storytime on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. Take a look below for our themes. All materials and services are provided by the library free to participants. All kids and their adults are welcome to stay after storytime and mingle. • Building Bookworms on the Go @ Little Sioux Orchard - September 30, 10:30 a.m. – Apples/Farming
• October 7, 10:30 a.m. – Mindful Movement
• October 21, 10:30 a.m. – Mail Time
Join us on Tuesday, September 24, at 7:00 p.m., at the Arnolds Park Library, for a fun night of painting. Any skill level is invited to recreate a painting following step-by-step instructions from the original artist. All of the supplies will be provided by the libraries. There are only 30 spots available so pre-register at the Arnolds Park Public Library, Spirit Lake Public Library, or the Milford Memorial Library. The cost is $15.00. Celebrate National Library Card Sign-up Month at MML. In September, new cards will receive a fun sticker and everyone is welcome to try the library scavenger hunt. For more information about obtaining a Milford Memorial Library Card, contact us by calling 712-338-4643 or by emailing [email protected].
Pop in to Milford Memorial Library and browse our collection. You will find some cozy fall reads like Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross, Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman, and Goodbye Summer, Hello Autumn by Kenard Pak and cozy movies like Greater, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, and October Sky.
New puzzles have been added to our collection. These new additions are available for checkout. Stop into Milford Memorial Library to see if you would like to complete one.
