Milford Memorial Library News
An open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library is at 5:30 p.m., on Wednesday, October 2, in the Milford Community Center. The agenda will be posted on MML’s website and front bulletin board at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
Any interested individuals are welcome to join MML's Book Club on Tuesday, October 15, at 1:00 p.m. The featured book in October is The Tattooist of Auschwitz by Heather Morris. Copies of this book can be found in our library along with other local area book clubs. It is not necessary to attend all of the book club meetings, and you are welcome to come and go as you please.
Milford Memorial Library: Youth Corner
Milford Memorial Library has Public Playdate at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, October 5. This is a casual time where all kids (young and old) can start their day with some fun and imagination. All of the play items are provided by the library.
Then join Miss Becca the following week for Building Bookworms at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, October 7. The theme will be ‘F is for Fire,’ and the kids will get to make a fire truck out of simple shapes. This program is open to everyone at no cost.
Lastly, end your week by winning some prizes with Halloween BINGO at Afterschool Activity. This free program is at 3:30 P.M. on Thursday, October 10, and it is perfect for Preschool-4th Grade kiddos.
