On Saturday, December 6, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., you are invited to Milford Memorial Library’s Holiday Open House during Milford’s Holiday Fantasy. Come and enjoy kids crafts (make and take or to go), visit with Santa, Festival of Tree Voting, and treats provided by the Friends of the Milford Library.
Join MML for our weekly Building Bookworms Storytime on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. Take a look below for our themes. All materials and services are provided by the library free to participants. All kids and their adults are welcome to stay after storytime and mingle. For more information contact the library or check out our Facebook page.
Friday, December 5, is the last day to bring in your tree to Milford Memorial Library for the Festival of Trees! Judging will be on Saturday, December 6, during Holiday Fantasy. Categories are the following: Best Business, Best Personal/Family, Best Organization, Most Creative, and Librarian’s Choice. Each category winner will receive Milford Bucks from the Friends of the Milford Library. If you have any questions please contact the library by calling 712-338-4643 or by emailing [email protected].
Starting Friday, November 21, “Fill the Cart” for Dickinson County Upper Des Moines Food Pantry will begin! We are collecting non-perishable food items at Milford Memorial Library until Friday, December 13. Help us fill their cupboards.
On December 1, join MML for Y.A. Maker Monday! From 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Young Adults can create a 3D Paper lamp or lantern. All materials are provided for this free come-and-go activity.
Come and enjoy MML’s All-Day Play, on December 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Spend time with friends and playing with different toys during this come-and-go playtime. All materials are provided by the library.
