Milford Memorial Library would like to congratulate the winners of Blind Date with a Book, Brittany and River.
We would like to thank everyone who took part in this event. Thank you to the Friends of the Milford Library for sponsoring the Blind Date with a Book prizes.
Join MML for our weekly Building Bookworms Storytime on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. Take a look below for our themes. All materials and services are provided by the library free to participants. All kids and their adults are welcome to stay after storytime and mingle. For more information contact the library or check out our Facebook page.
Kids, 10 years of age and under, are invited to join Milford Memorial Library’s Spring Coloring Contest! Pick up a coloring sheet at MML. Age groupings include ages 2-3, 4-5, 6-8, 9-10 years old. All completed papers need to be turned by Saturday, March 28.
Milford Memorial Library’s Annual Spring Egg Hunt is going on now! This event will have fourth graders through adults exploring MML while trying to find twelve items. Participants can pick up the Spring Egg Hunt Sheet at MML’s front desk. Turn in completed sheet at the front desk to be entered into a prize drawing. The Spring Hunt prizes are sponsored by the Friends of the Milford Library. The hunt is over on Saturday, March 28.
MML's CrAFTER Hours is happening on Wednesday, March 18, from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. This month we will be creating a resin bookmark or suncatcher. Make sure to preregister and the cost for the class is $5. Register by calling MML or online at https://milford-ia.whofi.com/calendar/event/5647079.
Read Across America Bingo at Milford Memorial Library is half way over! But fourth graders and under, still have time to pick up an interactive bingo sheet at MML’s front desk. Two full Bingos in a row gets a small prize, and a completed bingo card equals a large prize drawing entry. Read Across America Bingo is available until Tuesday, March 31.
Federal 1040 tax forms and instructions are now at MML. The forms are available in English, Spanish, and large print.
