Milford Memorial Library and the Friends of the Milford Library Foundation would like to thank everyone who came out and supported the book sale. The money raised will be used to help with special library programming and projects. Thank you again for your support!
Milford Memorial Library’s 2024 Summer Reading Program is almost over! All Reading Logs are due on Friday, August 2. Winners of prize drawings will be notified the following week.
Interested parents can set up days and times throughout August for their kiddo/s to read with Miss Becca at the library. Youth can bring in their own books, or they are can pick out some at the library. This program is running August 1, through August 23. To sign-up for a time call MML at 712-338-4643.
Join Miss Becca, on Saturday, August 10, at 10:00 a.m., for a Building Bookworms storytime and craft at the Okoboji Blue Water Festival (youth area by Bob’s Dogs in Arnolds Park). The storytime will focus on the environment and clean water. All of the materials and services are provided by the Milford Library.
On Wednesday, August 7, at 5:30 p.m., an open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library will take place in the Milford Community Center. The agenda will be posted on MML’s website and front bulletin board at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend and offer their thoughts in order to make MML a better library.
