On Thursday, July 24, join volunteers and staff, as we set-up for the Friends of the Milford Library Book Sale. Set up will begin at 11:00 a.m., with pizza and pot luck to follow. Bring a side dish for the pot luck. Once everything is in place volunteers are able to shop early. Please let the library know if you plan to volunteer by calling 712-338-4643 or email [email protected].
Volunteers are still needed to help during the Friends of the Milford Library Book Sale. You may sign up by calling the library at 712-338-464, emailing [email protected], or scanning the QR code on the poster.
The Friends of the Milford Library Foundation will be hosting their annual book sale on
Thursday, July 24, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday, July 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The book sale offers a large variety of interests for all individuals.
Hardcover books are $1.00 and paperbacks are $0.50, unless otherwise stated.
All proceeds go to the Friends of the Milford Library Foundation. The Friends of the Milford Library Foundation provides: services, programming, and help serve area residents.
Everyone is invited to join MML at Florence Park on Friday, July 25, at 8:30 p.m. for a free showing of The Minecraft Movie. Thank you to the Friends of the Milford Library for sponsoring Movie Night in the Park during Pioneer Days.
MML's 2025 Summer Reading Program is going on now! Book lovers of all ages may pick up reading logs and program information at the library or online at milford.lib.ia.us. MML's Summer Reading Program logs are due on Friday, August 1.
MML’s Building Bookworms Storytime is taking a short break, but will be back with more stories and fun in September. Be on the look out in late August for September’s Building Bookworms Storytime schedule.
