MML’ Building Bookworms Storytime happens on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. Take a look below for our themes. All materials and services are provided by the library free to participants. During the month of April, a few of the most popular books at Milford Memorial Library have been The of Golden by Allen Levi and The Correspondent by Virginia Evans. Both are warm stories of connection, community, and life. Contact MML to reserve.
Do you have a child learning how to tie shoes? We recommend the picture book called Loops by Jashar Awan. Follow a little boy learning to tie his shoes and the importance of keeping them tied. Stop in to Milford Memorial Library for a cozy place to read, work, and relax. MML has soft chairs for relaxing while reading books, newspapers, and magazines. Large tables are available for projects that might need a bit more space. Computers and WiFi are free and available. The library is open: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We look forward having you visit us!
On Wednesday, May 6, at 5:30 p.m., an open meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Milford Memorial Library will take place in the Milford Community Center. The agenda will be posted on MML’s website and front bulletin board at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend and offer their thoughts in order to make MML a better library.
