Fourth through twelfth graders, gather your boo-crew and head over to Milford Memorial Library because you’re invited to MML’s Y.A. Maker Monday, on October 6, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will be creating a ghost thumbprint painting. This is a free come-and-go event and all materials are provided by the library.
It’s Milford Memorial Library’s All-Day Play on Monday, October 6! From 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., discover new and exciting toys while playing with friends. This is a free come-and-go playtime. All the toys are provided by the library.
Frankenstein had his monster, now it’s your turn! On Thursday, October 9, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., join MML’s After-School Adventures to create your own edible monster. This is a free activity and all supplies are provided by the library.
Want to read and discuss a Halloween classic? On Tuesday, October 14, at 1:00 p.m., join the Milford Memorial Library Book Club as they discuss Stephen King’s horror novel Pet Sematary. Copies are available at the library. It is not necessary to attend all of the book meetings, and you are welcome to come and go as you please.
Milford Memorial Library will be closed on Monday, October 13, in observance of Columbus Day. We look forward to seeing you when we reopen on Tuesday, October 14, at 9:30 a.m.
Ancestry-Library Edition is now available and Milford Memorial Library. Ancestory.com is an international genealogy database, where you are able to find additional information, documentation, articles, and possible relatives. The Library Edition of Ancestory.com, does not allow you to save your work. In order to keep your information, you will have to download and print your findings each time. This is an in-library use only resource. The Ancestory.com Library Edition icon is located on our desktop patron computers.
